2.Booking Cancellation

  • A booking of transfer can be cancelled or changed in advance by giving 24 hours notice prior to the transfer time.
  • To cancel or change any bookings, you must contact our customer service team.
  • You do not cancel or change or a cancel a booking with our drivers.


  • All prices are quoted per vehicle not per person. 
  • No extra charges!,except the number of passenger or luggage overload but you can change the vehicle types if you require,the price will be changes depends on vehicle types chosen. 
  • The rates displayed on our website are fully inclusive. 
  • Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.
  • Prices (THB - Thai Baht) are valid on either direction and are for 1 vehicle.
  • Booking should be made at least 24 hours in advance.


  • "CASH" You can pay for transfer services directly to our driver upon meeting/pick-up.
  • "CREDIT CARD" We accept payment by VISA & Master via PayPal
  • 30% of total amount will be charged as Deposit
  • Full Payment should be made for groups above 10 persons.


  • The vehicle capacities are stated on the website of www.andaways.com/p/vehicle-type.html 
  • All requests for changes are subject to vehicle availability. 
  • We reserve the right to upgrade the vehicle available, upgrade considered to be a higher vehicle value.

6.Waiting times

  • For airport pick-ups we check your flight times so you don't have to worry if your flight is late or if it lands early. Please check our meeting point page where our drivers will wait for you varies at each terminal
  • On all airport pick up, we will check the flight status before we enter the airport. Our driver will be at the agreed meeting point 15 minutes after the flight has landed and will be waiting for you, they will be holding a board with your name on it. The driver will wait a further 45 minutes in the agreed price. (60 minutes in total).
  • On all sea/ cruise port pick up, the maximum free waiting time is 45 minutes, starting from the nominated pick up time.
  • Pickups from home, hotel, offices and other venues are allowed 30 minutes of free waiting time from the actual booked time.

7.In case of No Show

"No Show" meaning, If you books a private hire car with us and failed to meet the driver on pick up time, this will include airport, seaport, home, hotel and other private address.
  • This will include incorrect date and time of the bookings.
  • The driver will wait at the agreed meeting point up to 1 hour 30 minutes from flight landing time and if the passenger fails to meet the driver within this time limit or failed to make contact via phone, email or SMS to inform their status at the airport or seaport, this will be considered as a no show. 
  • All bookings pre-paid by a credit or debit card will not be refunded in the event of a no show.

8.Refunds Policy

  • Refunds will be issued on the following conditions: All pre- paid bookings booked with a credit card or debit card, cancellation must be notified 24 hours prior to the actual pick up time. 
  • If the passenger missed the flight, the passenger must inform Phuket Andaways Transfer Service immediately by phone, email or sms and obtain a cancellation number from Phuket Andaways Transfer Service(PAT).
  • All refunds are subject to minimum fee of 9 percentage (bank charges).
  • Refunds will be professed within 7 working days.
  • No refunds will be issued: Cancellations notified less than 24 hours.
  • If the passenger books the transfer for a wrong date, wrong flight number and other misleading information.
  • If the passenger leaves the pick up point without informing Phuket Andaways Transfer Service for any reason whatsoever.
  • We always do our best to ensure that the vehicles arrive on time. We shall not be held responsible for any delay that occurs beyond our control.


  • Company cannot be held responsible for any financial losses, missed flights or meetings because the car is not arriving at the pick-up location at the booked time due to adverse weather, vehicle breakdown, traffic conditions or road traffic accidents, road closures or event destruction. In unexpected incidences such this, we will call and inform the customer as soon as we are aware of the delay and it is passenger’s responsibility to make the decision to wait for our car to arrive or to make alternative travel arrangements.
  • Company cannot be held responsible being given the wrong booking information by the customer or the customer booked it online and got the booking reference number but has not received any booking confirmation from us.
